the phone is not a real s22 ultra 5G and is a fake, i am very disappointed in pmc jewellery by false advertising a product that has been a scam, i may hold legal action against this cooperation for false advertising

Build quality is average. Using the imei to check the internal components reveals it to be a very low budget device

Overall phone bad

The customer service is exceptional. They deliver goods fast. However the phone is not working properly. It will freeze out, and the battery doesn't last for six hours.
