How Fulfilment Works
We use a hybrid fulfilment model. Some products are dispatched from South African stock. Others are supplied from approved international partner warehouses when that route offers better availability or a more practical supply model. In both cases, PMC TechLife remains the seller and customer support point.
Depending on the item and delivery route, logistics may be handled through partners such as The Courier Guy, Buffalo, Aramex, and DHL. Delivery timing and any import-duty treatment depend on the route for the specific product, and that position is explained in our store policies and, where relevant, on the product page before purchase.
Pricing, Delivery and Import Transparency
We aim to make cross-border supply simple for the customer. Prices, delivery information, and import-related terms are documented in our store policies rather than left to guesswork or buried in vague marketing language.
For qualifying orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, the checkout price is the final price for the customer. Where duties may apply under South African import rules, that position is stated in our Shipping Policy before the order is completed.
